Loved using this
The smell is not strong, so its not overwhelming.  And once out of the shower, you can still use your regular lotion and the scents will not be crazy.
My skin is soft.  This jar will last awhile for me.
I started off using every day for a couple days, then skipping a day or two in between uses.  Now I use about once a week.
