The planner for busy moms, my review

 

Motivated Mom Planner- 2025 Desktop Planner for Moms

I was lucky enough to win this planner in a giveaway. I will say I did already have my basic planner but I gave this one a try.  

I tried it out for 2 weeks to see if I would use all the extras this planner had. 

one of the extras in this planner is a daily check list of things such as chores and the dinner plan for the night. Which is a quite helpful as now I don't have to leave little notes everywhere. This check list also reminds us to take our meds, do a skincare routine and cuddle your pet/human cuddle buddy.  Love that! Also on each day there is a tracker for your water intake, workouts and sleep! Each day has spots for you and your child(ren)'s activities.     

What I'm not thrilled about is the tiny writing on the pages, it was a little hard for me to read (especially in bad lighting) but then again I am 45 and my eyes are bad.  The lines and spaces to write things are also small, so may not work if your handwriting tends to go on the larger size.

Also included, at the back of the planner;  monthly expenses & Finances, a password page, Gift ideas,  A larger Habit Tracker (different from daily pages), Goals page, pages for school info, and of course there are some note pages at the end.  

I'm going to be completely honest, I will probably never use those back pages for many reasons.  One; I don't ever put my passwords in any of my planners-that is a big NOPE from me.  Two; I am not the one who keeps up with the budget, finances or expenses-that is all my husband.  Three; I am lazy, I don't like flipping to the back of my planner for anything. Other reasons;  I don't keep up with all that school info; my youngest is in high school and I just write down on each day what is going on.

But I do Love the gift idea page, I may use that one

This is a wonderful planner, and I do recommend for busy moms.  I won this planner in a giveaway and was so excited.  I tried it out for 2 weeks, since I already had a planner that I love.  However, As much as I wanted to use this new one, I couldn't.  As great as it is, its not for me.  There is a lot of small print on the pages and this is what made it unlikeable for me.  My eyes are not great at my age (mid 40's) so it was difficult for me to see some of the things on the pages of this planner.  And I am so used to large blocks in my planners, this one had small blocks for each day.  I would say that is it more expensive than I would spend, but I am a penny pincher.  Its actually a good price for most people,  and I am appreciative that this was a gift.
